Introduction
JDC350 concrete mixer is a forced single shaft mixer. The rotating shovel blade of the mixer stirs the materials axially and tangentially. Each drum can mix 350L of concrete (referring to the volume of compacted concrete), and can produce 18-21 cubic meters per hour.

Mixing System
- The mixing drum is welded in one piece, and the side liner and the curved liner are firmly linked to the simplified by countersunk screws.

Feeding Mode

- Wire rope pulley, precision machining, safe and reliable. Wire-contact steel wire rope is adopted, which has small gap contact stress, small wear, large bearing capacity and long service life.
- The brake motor can ensure that the hopper can be stopped at any position on the loading rack under full load.
Mixing Transmission System
- High-temperature resistant all-copper motor works for a long time without burning the machine.
- Adopt belt transmission , and the belt is made of nylon, which is more wear-resistant.
- The gear reducer has the advantages of simple structure, high power, wide range of transmission ratio and low failure rate.
Water Supply System
- The water is sprayed to the mixing shaft and the side lining plate, which is the shortest waterway with simple structure and uniform water injection.
- Throttle valve can adjust the water-saving flow and limit the speed of fluid passing through the valve, so as to control the flow rate and pressure.
- The total water supply is regulated by time relay.
Discharging System
- Electric door type discharging avoids the disadvantage of residual material left by rotating tank type discharging.
- The mechanism adopts a new design of high strength rack and forms a rolling straight flip and fast discharging structure.
- Discharging using worm gear deceleration can greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
Electrical System
- The electrical components in the distribution box are mounted on an insulating board, which is safe and reliable and convenient to operate and maintain.
- Each motor is single-drive control. Hopper lifting, lowering and discharging doors are open and closed with chain control.
Concrete Mixer Frame
- The frame consists of chassis, legs and walking tires.
- The fixed frame is stable, which can make the operator convenient and feel safe.
