Brief description

The customer specializes in road and floor hardening construction. In the early stage of communication configuration requirements, the customer wanted to use low support legs and dig a channel while using a tanker truck to receive materials.. We agreed with the customer's plan and also indicated the advantages and disadvantages of this plan. Due to the customer's busy schedule, we communicated several times at night, but we patiently answered their questions. In the later stage, the customer and their technicians came to the factory, and we discussed with the customer some issues in equipment planning and usage process. The customer said that he wanted to purchase good quality equipment, but the budget was limited. After communication,the customer reduced the configuration and chose a separate computer control for the electrical control. We ultimately reached a consensus and successfully collaborated.
