How to Transport Concrete with Transport Tankers After Production

1. The speed of service road: 24 km/ h, taking the round-trip transportation distance of 24 km as an example.

2. Loading time of concrete mixer truck: 1/6 hour/car for HZS120 and 7/30 hour for HZS90.

3. Unloading time of concrete mixer truck: 5 minutes.

4. Every time one truck of concrete is delivered, it takes 1.25 hours for HZS120 and 1.32 hours for HZS90.

5. The number of vehicles to be transported within 6 hours: HZS120 6×1/1.25≈5 (vehicles) and HZS90 6×1/1.32≈4 (vehicles).

6. 320 m3 of beam pouring concrete is completed within 6 hours, and the number of vehicles to be transported is 320×1/6.5≈50 (vehicles).

7. The allocation of concrete mixing truck should be considered. Due to the service road transportation, there should be a certain empty tank rate. HZS120 mixer station, with a host capacity of 2m3, should be equipped with a 9 m3 concrete mixer truck for loading four plates of materials. The transportation distance is about 12KM, and 320 m3 of concrete is poured on the beam within 6 hours, which is suitable for 10~11 concrete mixing trucks.

8. The main engine capacity of HZS90 mixer station is 1.5 m3, and it is appropriate to equip with 8 m3 concrete mixer truck for loading 5 trays. HZS90+HZS120 mixer station should be equipped with 8m3 concrete mixer truck for loading 4 trays. The transportation distance is 12KM, and 320 m3 of concrete is poured on the beam within 6 hours, and 13~14 concrete mixing trucks are suitable.
