Air Source Fault-One of the Common Faults of Concrete Mixing Station
(1) The faults of air compressor include: damage of check valve, serious wear of piston ring, damage of air inlet valve and blockage of air filter, etc.
If you want to judge whether the check valve is damaged, just turn off the power supply after the air compressor stops automatically for more than ten seconds, and turn the big belt wheel by hand. If you can rotate it easily for one week, it shows that the check valve is not damaged. On the contrary, the check valve has been damaged; In addition, it can also be judged from the exhaust situation of the exhaust port under the automatic pressure switch. Generally, after the air compressor stops automatically, it should stop exhausting after about ten seconds. If it stops exhausting until the air compressor starts again, it means that the check valve has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
When the pressure of the air compressor rises slowly and is accompanied by oil string phenomenon, it shows that the piston ring of the air compressor has been seriously worn and should be replaced in time.
When the air inlet valve is damaged or the air filter is blocked, the pressure of the air compressor will rise slowly (but there is no oil cross-flow). When checking, you can put your palm on the air inlet of the air filter. If there is hot air pushing outwards, it means that the air inlet valve is damaged and needs to be replaced. If the suction is small, it is generally caused by dirty air filter, so the filter should be cleaned or replaced.
(2) The failures of the pressure reducing valve are: the pressure is not high, or the pressure rises slowly.
The pressure adjustment is not high, which is often caused by the rupture of pressure regulating spring or diaphragm, so it must be replaced; The pressure rises slowly, which is generally caused by the blockage of the filter screen, so it should be removed and cleaned.
(3) Pipeline failures include: leakage at pipeline joints, hose rupture, condensation water accumulation, etc. When the pipeline joint leaks and the hose breaks, the leaking position can be judged from the sound, and it should be repaired or replaced in time; If there is condensed water accumulated in the pipeline, it should be discharged in time, which is characterized in that the condensed water is easy to freeze and block the gas path in winter in the north.
(4) The faults of the compressed air treatment assembly (triplet) include: oil-water separator fault, pressure regulating valve fault and oil mist device fault.
Faults of oil-water separator can be divided into: the filter element is blocked and damaged, and the moving parts of the drain valve are inflexible. Always clean the filter element at work to remove oil and impurities in the blowdown device.
The failure of the pressure regulating valve is the same as "(2) Failure of the pressure reducing valve" mentioned above.
The fault phenomena of the oil mist device include: no oil dripping, water deposited at the bottom of the oil cup, and damage to the sealing ring at the mouth of the oil cup. When the oil fogger does not drip oil, check whether the air flow at the air inlet is lower than the fogging flow, whether there is air leakage, and whether the needle valve for oil quantity adjustment is blocked. If water is deposited at the bottom of the oil cup, it should be removed in time; When the sealing ring is damaged, it should be replaced in time.
