1. PLC cannot communicate

Due to poor contact of communication line or communication network connector, or damage of communication and expansion module, the PLC electronic system fails. Therefore, the communication line, communication connector and communication expansion module can be inspected and replaced.

2. The digital display meter is garbled or the power supply is out of phase

When the digital display meter is garbled, it can be checked step by step and then replaced; The lack of phase of external power supply is due to the burnt contact of contactor or circuit breaker, the current of circuit breaker is not set properly or the burnt contact of contactor causes the lack of phase; Elimination method: the power supply can be checked and updated. If the circuit breaker is found to trip normally, the contactor can be replaced and the current can be set.

3. Sand or stone stalk door failure

Alarm that the sand or stone stalk door of the mixing station is not closed: because the sand or stone scale door is not closed on the operation diagram, the scale door flashes and gives an alarm, the scale door is actually closed, the installation position of the scale door travel switch moves or the cylinder travel has changed; Therefore, the position of the stalk door travel switch can be adjusted or a travel switch can be connected in parallel.

In addition, when the drop value of sand or stone is too large or the measurement error is too large, it may be that the door opening limit bolt of the warehouse door has not been adjusted well, and it is necessary to adjust the door opening limit bolt of the warehouse door.

4. Data loss

Manual intervention in automatic operation may lead to incorrect setting of common parameters. In automatic operation, manual intervention can be performed after each scale is full, and the feeding time for setting common parameters should be longer than "1S".

During automatic production, when the program stops running, the stalks are full, but the dosing machine part does not feed, and there is material in the intermediate warehouse. This may be because the lower limit value of the intermediate warehouse door is set too small, so the lower limit value of the intermediate warehouse door can be increased.

5. The camera has no image display

Poor contact of video wire connector, camera damage or monitor damage lead to the failure of camera without image display. Troubleshooting: weld the video wire connector again or replace the component.
