Installation Process and Matters Needing Attention of Concrete Mixing Plant Equipment
In order to ensure the installation progress and reduce the installation workload, the crane and loader are used at the same time to improve the efficiency. Check whether the foundation meets the concrete batching plant installation requirements, and if so, install it.
The installation sequence of concrete mixing station is as follows:
I. The Main Frame Installation
(1) Connect the mixing layer girder with bolts and connecting plates, lift the mixing layer girder with 8t crane, and then rotate it by 180 degrees so that the lower plane of the mixing layer girder faces upwards. Lift the lower legs with 8t crane, connect them with the mixing layer girder by bolts, connect the mixing layer girder with four columns on the ground, hoist the hopper under the mixing layer girder and connect them with bolts, then rotate 180 to make the columns face down, hoist them on the foundation with a big crane, and fix them with footbolts.
(2) Hoist the main mixer on the girder and connect it with bolts.
(3) Hoisting the weighing layer, connecting the weighing layer into a whole with bolts, connecting the weighing layer with the mixing layer on the ground, then rotating it by 180 degrees to make the column face down, and lifting it with a big crane and fixing it on the beam of the mixing layer.
(4) Connect the door platform and the mixing floor ladder with bolts; After that, connect the accessories such as the water discharge pump, water discharge pipe and powder pipe of the mixing layer with bolts.
(5) Hoist the temporary storage bin with the door opening device to the metering bin and connect it with bolts.
(6) Hoist the pressure relief pipe in place and connect it with bolts.
(7) Hoist the powder metering system and liquid metering system in place and connect them well, and make each metering hopper in a free state without interference with other components.
(8) Hoist the dust collector in place and install it as required.
II. Conveying and Installation of Belt Conveyor
There are two kinds of oblique belt conveyors, one is a high-grade side groove belt conveyor, and the other is an endless belt conveyor. The installation methods of the two conveyors are introduced below: Because the inclined belt conveyor is long, the frame is easy to deform, the installation height on it is high, and the suspension arm of the crane is too long, which is prone to safety accidents. Therefore, we must pay attention to the hoisting mode and position.
1. Installation of high-side groove belt conveyor
① Connect the frames of belt conveyor with bolts. Connect the inclined platform with the intermediate support into a whole, erect the intermediate support, install the belt, install the upper and lower idler groups and install the supporting legs.
② Hoist it in place with two cranes, and connect the anchor bolts after calibration.
③ Adjust the tensioning device to make the belt moderately elastic.
④ Install the belt flapping device.
⑤ Install the empty section sweeper.
⑥ After normal operation, install the guide chute, the collecting barrel, the support of the corrugated board and the corrugated board.
2. Installation of Endless Flat Belt Conveyor
① Bolt the frames of belt conveyor together.
②Connect the inclined walking platform with the conveyor frame as a whole, hoist it in place with two cranes, install the supporting feet, and connect the anchor bolts after calibration.
③ Install the walking guardrail.
④ Hoist the collecting barrel in place and connect the bolts.
⑤ Install the upper and lower idler groups.
⑥ Install the belt.
⑦ Install driving roller, driven roller and steering roller.
⑧ Install the heavy hammer tensioning device.
⑨ Pet-name ruby installing tile edge plate support, tile edge plate.
III. Aggregate Batching System Installation
(1) Hoist the batching system in the transportation state to the laid foundation and fix it with anchor bolts.
(2) Hoist the upper bin in place and fix it on the rack.
(3) Install the sensor, and adjust the distance between the upper plane of the metering hopper and the discharge door to be appropriate. When installing the sensor, it is forbidden to subject the sensor to torsion. For the bunker type dosing machine, the transport hinge should be loosened, but it should not be taken down, so that it is no longer stressed.
IV. Installation of Operation Room
(1) Connect the operation room with the support, lift it to the laid foundation, and fix it with foot bolts.
(2) Install the lower ladder and the upper ladder.
Ⅴ. Cement Silo And Screw Conveyor Installation
(1) Assemble the components of the cement silo one by one on the ground (install the upper and lower material level gauges and their circuits, dust collector cables, ladders and railings, air breakers, electromagnetic valves and air filters, cement feed pipes, screw conveyor slings, etc.), then lift the cement silo and put it in place, and tighten the anchor bolts. (Note: Wind rope should be added in areas where the wind power is often greater than level 6 or above).
(2) Assemble the screw conveyor on the ground, hang the feed end on the outlet of the cement silo, align the outlet with the inlet of the metering hopper, fasten the hanging rope, install the bracket of the screw conveyor, and then connect the inlet with the outlet of the cement silo, and connect the outlet with the inlet of the metering hopper with a soft rubber sleeve. Note that the soft rubber sleeve should not be stretched too tightly, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.
Ⅵ. Pipeline Installation
Waterway installation: set the water pump in place and install the water supply pipe as required. Users can build their own pool, the capacity of which should not be less than 10m³, or directly connect the water pump to the tap water pipeline.

2. Admixture: Set the storage bin of admixture in place and install the pipeline of admixture.
Ⅶ. Installation of Gas Path System
1. Fix the air compressor and air storage tank in place.
2. Connect the pipelines between the air compressor, air storage tank, air control boxes and cylinders as shown in the figure.
Ⅷ. External Deco ration And Installation
1. Set the bending parts in the big fruit of the olive fan, weigh the fruit of the fire layer and put it in the heart.
2. Install the doors and windows.
3. Install the axial fan.
Ⅸ. Electrical system installation
1. Mixing and metering system control electrical appliances are installed in the main electrical cabinet and console, respectively, before external wiring, first check whether all parts of the electrical components are intact, fixed firmly, wiring screws shall not be loose, welding shall not fall off, corrosion.
2. Connect the wiring between the electrical cabinet and the console, as well as the motors, solenoid valves, travel switches and sensors, and recheck according to the electrical schematic diagram. The system adopts grounding protection as safety protection, which requires good grounding protection measures at the installation site. The protective wire of the motor cable, the shell of the electrical box, the main grounding bolt of the equipment and the main grounding electrode are electrically connected, and the protective wire is not allowed to be connected in series. If the external power supply allows zero protection, the protective wire PE is connected with the protective wire of the motor cable, the shell of the electrical box and the main grounding bolt of the equipment. The grounding wire connecting the main grounding terminal of the equipment, the grounding terminal of the cement silo, and the grounding terminal on the leg of the main control room with the main grounding can be a bare conductor such as a wire or flat steel that meets the corresponding requirements for grounding, and the user can install it himself. After the equipment installation is completed, the installer should check that the pure resistance is not more than 4 ohms and the equipment is equipotential grounded. If it fails to meet the requirements, it should be rectified immediately.
3. The layout of external building lines should be reasonable, beautiful and generous. Power lines and signal lines should not be laid in parallel, and the lines of all parts should be arranged neatly, and they should not be in contact with oil, water and corrosive substances. All the money distribution and power distribution for the concrete mixing station shall comply with GB5226.1-1996 and the relevant provisions of the power design technology of the factory; The required products shall conform to the regulations of the industry or department.
Ⅹ. Lightning Protection Device
According to the geographical, geological, soil, meteorological, environmental and other natural conditions of the equipment use site and the rules of lightning activity, the user shall install the lightning protection device by himself according to the Code for Lightning Protection Design of Buildings (GB50057-1994) and other requirements.
Safety Guarantee Measures
1. All installation personnel should wear safety helmet before on-site operation.
2. Field personnel machinery must obey the deployment and command of the commander.
3. During the hoisting process, the crane should move steadily and obey the command of the ground commander. The crane hoisting operation should be commanded by a special person, and it is not illegal.
4. When lifting to be fixed firmly, to prevent decoupling. During the hoisting process, the staff shall not work under the hoisted objects.
5. Hoisting is prohibited in bad weather. Safety protection ropes must be provided during elevation operation, and hands should be firmly grasped when climbing. If the cement silo is higher than other surrounding buildings, lightning rods should be installed.
6. Installation of cement tank must ensure the verticality of cement tank.
7. After the installation, every time before starting the mixer, belt conveyor, should press the bell three times, every time the interval is 10 seconds. After the third bell rings for 5 seconds, the equipment can be started.
8. It is forbidden to enter the mixer without reason. If it is really necessary for maintenance, the power supply should be disconnected, a warning sign "No switching on when someone is working" should be put up, and a special person should be assigned to take care of it to prevent accidental switching on. The mixer can only be started after it is determined that there is no one in the mixing tank to prevent casualties.
9. It is forbidden to personnel will reach into the screw conveyor. If it is really necessary, the power supply should be disconnected and a warning sign "No switching on when someone is working" should be put up to prevent the wrong switching on. The screw conveyor can only be started after the safety is confirmed.
Matters needing attention in equipment installation of mixing station:
(1) On the premise of lifting capacity allows, as far as possible to expand the ground assembly hoisting together.
(2) Before installation, all components must be numbered, and there should be someone who is responsible for the command when hoisting, so as to prevent the wrong lifting and rework, and ensure the safety of hoisting.
(3) When installation, should always check the installation size, correct the deviation in time.
(4) After the installation, the surface paint damage, should touch up the paint.
(5) All installers must wear safety helmets and safety belts.
(6) Non-installers are not allowed to enter the site.
