1. Weighing system:
The main configuration includes two units PLD2400 batching machine, and the aggregate bin is divided into three identical bins, each with a volume of about 16m³, and each aggregate bin is provided with two discharge doors to realize coarse weighing and fine weighing. The sensors and butterfly valves of water, cement, fly ash and admixture metering system should be of excellent quality and high metering accuracy.
2. Conveying system:
It is mainly equipped with inclined belt conveyor and screw conveyor. The length of the belt conveyor can be configured according to the user's requirements, with a weight-dropping tensioning device. The belt conveyor is sealed with a 3㎜ thick glass color steel plate, and there are maintenance walkways on both sides of the belt conveyor, with sweeper at the head and sweeper at the tail. Screw conveyor is 273 * 10m, and the productivity of screw conveyor is 110t/h.
3. Mixing system:
It is mainly equipped with two sets JS1500 concrete mixing machines. The main steel structure is made of large thick steel plate, with good sealing performance at the shaft end, and various stirring knives are designed to make the concrete mix more evenly.
4. Storage system:
It is mainly configured as two units 100t cement silos, and the top of which must be equipped with dust removal equipment to ensure that the mixing station meets the national environmental protection requirements.
5. Electric control system:
The electric control system of double line HZS90 concrete mixing station is mostly configured as a fully automatic dual-machine control system, which is mainly composed of electronic weighing, programmable controller, peripheral execution devices and detection devices, TV monitoring and other parts, including automatic production control software and data management software.
