Concrete is widely used as the most important building material in the construction industry. The mixing station has realized the batch and continuous production of concrete. In the process of production and use, the mixing station will suddenly have various failures. Today, let's take a look at the common failures of the concrete mixing station. First, the motor of the main mixer cannot be started.

I. The motor of the concrete mixer cannot be started

It is difficult to start the motor of the main mixer, or it makes a "buzzing" sound during the starting process. At this time, it is necessary to stop it urgently and disconnect the power supply for inspection.

Inspection process:

Open the motor junction box, and measure whether the power supply voltage of the junction box is normal and whether there is a problem of missing phase. If it is found that the voltage is abnormal or the phase is missing, measure the output power supply voltage of the circuit breaker in the motor control cabinet and whether the phase is missing. If it is still abnormal, continue to measure whether the power supply of the power grid is normal.

Reasons:

1. The power supply of the power grid is out of phase or the voltage is abnormal.

2. The circuit breaker contact point contact is poor, resulting in lack of phase.

3. The motor itself fails (the probability of this situation is very small).

Protective preparation

Prepare necessary tools and personal protective equipment, such as safety helmet, protective glasses, earplugs, protective gloves, etc. Second, the boot and operation.

II. The air compressor starts frequently

The air compressor provides air pressure to the mixing station, which is used by all warehouse doors, hopper doors and weighing doors. Frequent start-up of air compressor will greatly reduce the service life of air compressor head. Therefore, if the problem of frequent start-up of air compressor is found, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.

Inspection process

First of all, first consider whether there is air leakage in the gas path, and check all interfaces and gas tanks along the gas path pipeline to see if there is any serious air leakage. Generally, there will be a "hiss" sound in the air leakage place. Secondly, check the pressure relay of the air compressor, adjust the pressure difference to a larger value, or directly replace the pressure relay.

Reasons:

1. The trachea joint is not tightly sealed and leaks.

2. The pressure relay of the air compressor is damaged.

Pressure adjustment method of pressure relay:

Air compressor pressure adjustment:

Turn the pressure adjusting screw clockwise, and the closing and opening pressure will increase synchronously.

Turn the pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise, and the closing and opening pressure will be reduced synchronously.

Pressure difference adjustment

Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw clockwise, the closing pressure will remain unchanged, and the opening pressure will increase.

Turn the differential pressure adjusting screw counterclockwise, the closing pressure will remain unchanged, and the opening pressure will decrease.

III. The discharge door of the main mixer cannot be opened/closed

The discharge door of the main mixer is controlled by a hydraulic rod, which has an independent hydraulic system driven by a motor, and the discharge door is driven by this hydraulic system. Therefore, the main reason why the discharge door can't be opened is to find it.

Inspection process:

First of all, check whether the discharge door can't be opened and closed due to mechanical failure. Sometimes, the discharge door is stuck and can't be opened or closed due to some foreign objects contained in the aggregate.

Then check whether the hydraulic system works normally and whether the motor works normally.

Finally, it is necessary to check whether the overflow valve bolt is tightened and whether the electromagnetic reversing valve is electrified.

Reasons:

1. The motor driving the hydraulic pump is not powered, and the hydraulic system is not working normally;

2. The solenoid valve coil is not energized, or the solenoid valve core is stuck.

3. The oil cylinder of the discharge door leaks or leaks internally, resulting in insufficient pressure.

4. There is something wrong with the control circuit for controlling the discharge door.

IV. The concrete mixer can be blocked

Stirring the main engine can directly cause the main engine motor to make abnormal noise, and at the same time, the main engine belt will produce the smell of belt burning due to friction and slippage. In the control room, you can also see that the current display of the main motor exceeds the standard. At this time, you need to stop the machine urgently for inspection.

Inspection process:

First, after stopping the machine, open the material viewing port of the main machine to check the stuffy tank.

At the same time, manually open the discharge door of the main engine to see if the material in the stuffy tank can be put down. If the stuffy tank is serious, the starting mode of the main motor can be changed to start, and then the main motor can be inched, so that the material of the stuffy tank can be released.

At the same time, it is also necessary to check the wear of the main motor belt. If the wear is serious, it should be replaced immediately.

V. Mixing host concrete shaft

If the mixing shaft is wrapped in concrete for a long time, after solidification, the load of the main motor will increase, which will lead to the increase of the main motor current and the wear speed of the motor belt. Therefore, if the main engine is found to have the problem of shaft locking, it should be cleaned manually on a regular basis. Inspection process: If it is found that the motor current of the main engine is larger than usual, you can open the material viewing port of the main engine to see if there is solidified concrete attached to the mixing shaft of the main engine. If it is found that the main engine shaft becomes larger, it is probably caused by the shaft locking.

Reasons:

1. The position of the water outlet of the main mixer is wrong, and it is not aligned with the mixing shaft, which may easily lead to the shaft locking of the main mixer. You can change the position of the water outlet.

2. Change the cutting order of aggregate, powder and water in the computer host program.

3. After the material is finished, the main mixer is not cleaned in time, which will lead to shaft locking for a long time; At the same time, the time interval between two concrete mixing is too long, and the main mixing machine should be cleaned in time to avoid concrete solidification on the mixing shaft.
