What Site Planning Does The Concrete Batching Plant Need?
With the rapid development of modern cities, concrete mixing stations are more and more widely used. Let's talk about the site planning in detail!
I. Choosing the site
Choosing the site is the most basic work in the early stage of the station construction. We must pay attention to staying away from residential areas and high-voltage power lines, and it is best to be close to the main road for convenient transportation. The conditions to be achieved are "three links and one leveling": access, electricity supply, water supply and leveling the site.
II. Clean up
After the site is selected, it needs to be cleaned up, at least the road surface debris, silt and other factors that affect the site leveling and environment should be cleaned up and piled up in a unified way, so as not to cause pollution.
III. The excavation
Before excavation: it is necessary to do a good job of intercepting ditch at the top of the slope and do a good job of seepage control according to the soil conditions.
Excavation: excavation must be done in sequence, from top to bottom. When excavating to the top of the site, attention should be paid to reserve the height of rolling settlement. If encountering stone, the construction can be done carefully with a broken hammer. After excavation to the design elevation, it shall be compacted and leveled, and rubble shall be used for filling if it fails to meet the bearing capacity requirements.
IV. Drainage
When the leveling site and hardening site are used as the mixing station site, the overall control is to set drainage devices on both sides, set a longitudinal slope of -3%, and set 40×40 drainage ditches around the site to ensure smooth drainage in the site; Six silos have a drainage slope of 5% when hardening the site, so that the water in the silos can be directly discharged into the drainage ditch through the longitudinal slope of the site; A sedimentation tank must be set for the drainage of the main engine of the mixing station, so that the waste water from the cleaning mixer can be discharged into the drainage ditch after settling. 60×40 drainage ditch is also needed outside the site.
V. Site hardening
Level I: 1m flaky +0.3m water-stable layer +0.2mC25 concrete;
Grade II and III: 0.3m water-stable layer +0.2mC25 concrete. Six, mixing station and silo foundation The foundation of mixing station and silo is pile-supported, and the size of the bearing platform is 5×5×1m. Each bearing platform is provided with four pile foundations with a diameter of 1.2m The piles are embedded in moderately weathered rock layers not less than 4m, and C30 concrete is used for pouring.
Ⅵ. Silo
The material yard is arranged at the rear side of the main engine of the mixing station, and it is divided into six silos, two sand silos and four stone silos. The partition wall of the sub-silos is built with a height of not less than 1.8m and plastered with cement mortar. The ground in the silos is set with a ground gradient of 5%, and holes are reserved under the partition wall of the sub-silos to avoid water accumulation. The areas of various silos are clearly divided, and a material signboard with a size of 40*750px is set up to indicate the material name and name. Install a water pipe at the edge of the silo to wash the sand and gravel under the premise of pollution.
Ⅶ. Fence (if required)
The concrete mixing station adopts closed management. According to the actual situation on site, brick walls are enclosed around it, with 24 walls, 2m high, and a brick column is built every 6m, and the top of the brick column is capped. Set up a guard room at the entrance and exit, hang slogans on safety production and quality, and insert colorful flags. Sign boards shall be set for construction in the site.
