How to Build an Environment-friendly Concrete Mixing Plant?
The concrete mixing station is a kind of equipment specially used for producing and mixing concrete. However, in the production process, the concrete mixing plant usually emits a lot of pollutants such as waste gas, dust and noise, which has a certain impact on the surrounding environment and human health. Therefore, environmental protection requirements are one of the important factors that must be considered in concrete batching plants.
In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection, ready mix concrete batch plant needs to take measures such as reducing noise, dust, waste residue emission, energy saving and emission reduction, and strengthening environmental management. The following are specific measures:
I. Reduce noise pollution
There will be some noise during the operation of concrete mixing station, which will have a certain impact on the surrounding environment and residents' lives. Therefore, concrete mixing stations should take effective measures to reduce the generation and spread of noise.
(1) In terms of site selection, it should be as far away from residential areas and environmentally sensitive areas as possible, and at the same time consider geological conditions, meteorological conditions and other factors.
(2) When purchasing equipment, we should choose low-noise equipment, and set up sound insulation boards around the equipment to reduce the spread of noise.
(3) In terms of cement mixing plant equipment selection, equipment that meets the national environmental protection standards, saves energy and reduces emissions should be selected, and raw material storage and metering equipment should also be selected with good sealing performance, dustproof and leak-proof.
II. Reduce dust pollution
(1) When purchasing equipment, we should choose equipment with dust removal device, and set up sprinkler facilities around the equipment to reduce the generation and emission of dust.
(2) Install spraying devices in the sand and gravel storage yard or other locations in the production area to effectively reduce the generation of dust.
(3) After multistage precipitation, the waste slurry produced in the production or cleaning of mixers and trucks can be used to partially replace clean water for mixing concrete after controlling the waste slurry to a certain concentration.
(4) Use a sand-gravel separator to separate the sand and stone from the waste concrete mixture for reuse.
(5) The waste hardened concrete is crushed into a suitable size by a crusher and used as recycled aggregate for mixing concrete.
(6) The mixing plant building and conveyor belt should be completely closed, and the gravel storage yard should also be completely closed or shed to reduce noise pollution and dust generation.
III. Reduce waste residue discharge
(1) In the production process, waste residue should be reused as much as possible to reduce the amount of waste residue, and at the same time, it can also be treated by composting and incineration.
(2) The overall planning of the plant area is also an important link in the construction of environmental-friendly concrete mixing station. It is necessary to make a reasonable layout, reserve green land, and plan the space of auxiliary environmental protection facilities such as sand separator and slurry water recovery pool.
IV. Energy conservation and emission reduction
During the operation of concrete mixing station, a lot of energy and resources need to be consumed, so effective measures should be taken to save energy and reduce emissions. For example, when purchasing equipment, we should choose high-efficiency and energy-saving equipment, and at the same time, we can take measures such as automation and intelligence to improve the operating efficiency of equipment. In addition, renewable energy such as solar energy and wind energy can be used to replace traditional fossil energy.
V. Strengthen environmental management
(1) The concrete mixing station shall establish a sound environmental management system, clarify the environmental responsibility and tasks of each post, and strengthen the training and education of employees' environmental awareness.
(2) In terms of production technology, we should constantly optimize the process flow, arrange the production plan reasonably, and realize the intelligent and digital management of the production process. At the same time, an environmental monitoring and testing mechanism can be established to find and deal with environmental problems in time.
