VII. Installation of the whole machine
1. Inspection before installation
Machine unpacking inspection: After unpacking, carefully check whether the reduction motor, barrel, bearing seat and other components are damaged during transportation, and whether the fasteners are loose. If there is any damage or looseness, it should be repaired or tightened in time.
Preparation of supporting foundation: The mixer should be installed on a flat concrete floor to ensure the stability and safety of the equipment.
2. Installation steps
(1) Transportation and fixing:
Use ropes to tie the mixer to the frame for transportation, and avoid tying it to the mixing shaft to prevent damage to the mixing shaft or cause safety accidents.
There are casters installed under the mixer base to facilitate the movement of the mixer. However, after the installation position is determined, the mixer should be fixed to the ground with anchor bolts or other fixing devices to prevent the mixer from moving during operation.
(2) Installation of limit devices:
The mixer barrel limit device usually consists of a locking pin and a positioning hole. During installation, ensure that the limit device can be correctly and firmly fixed to the frame so as to limit the barrel during mixing to prevent excessive rotation of the barrel or accidents.
(3) Connect power and electrical control:
Connect the power cord according to the wiring diagram of the electrical control system, and ensure that the electrical control system can start, jog, stop and time normally.
Before connecting the power supply, check the insulation performance and grounding of the electrical control system to ensure electrical safety.
3. Inspection and debugging after installation
(1) Inspection before starting:
Before starting the mixer, check again whether there is any scraping between the rotating part and the barrel. If there is any scraping, adjust it in time.
Clean up the debris in the barrel to ensure that no impurities are mixed in during the mixing process.
(2) Lubrication and maintenance:
The reducer should be filled with an appropriate amount of engine oil to ensure lubrication and heat dissipation of the reducer.
The unloading worm gear and sliding bearing should also be filled with engine oil to reduce wear and friction.
(3) Debugging and operation:
After starting the mixer, observe whether the rotation direction of the mixing shaft is consistent with the mark on the end face of the barrel. If not, stop the machine immediately and adjust the phase sequence of the power cord.
Adjust the timing of the time relay according to the mixing time. Note that the adjustment must be made when the power is off.
Before loading the concrete material, ensure that metal and other debris have been removed from the material.
Press the start button, the main shaft drives the mixing shovel to rotate, and it stops automatically after the set time is reached.
VIII. Use and Maintenance
1. Unloading and Cleaning:
When unloading, the machine should be stopped and the locking pin should be opened first, then the handle should be moved to rotate the barrel to a certain position, and then the locking pin should be positioned and the main shaft should be rotated to discharge the mixed material out of the barrel.
After the mixed material is discharged, the barrel should be manually reset and positioned with the locking pin.
When cleaning the barrel, water can be poured into the barrel to make the main shaft run for flushing, or it can be cleaned with dry sand.
2. Regular inspection and maintenance:
Regularly check the sealing condition of the machine. If leakage is found, the quality of the sealing gasket should be checked and replaced in time.
Frequently check the tightness of the shovel blade. If it is loose, it should be tightened in time.
Frequently check whether the electrical control system is in good contact and dry. If there is any problem, it should be handled in time.

During the mixing process, do not insert your hands and sticks into the barrel to avoid danger.
After long-term use of the mixer, the shovel blade and the mixing barrel will wear and should be adjusted or replaced according to the wear.
IX. Operating procedures and maintenance
1. Operating procedures:

Clean up the debris in the barrel, lock the barrel limit device, and then start the machine.

The loaded concrete material must be free of metal or other debris.
Adjust the timing of the agitator according to the mixing time, and adjust it when the power is off.

When unloading, stop the machine first, then loosen the handle of the material position limit, and then rotate the handwheel. The worm gear drives the barrel to rotate to a position that is convenient for discharging, stop rotating, and then start the machine to make the main shaft run before discharging the material, until the material is discharged, stop the main shaft, and rotate the handwheel to reset the material barrel.
2. Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of the machine body and remove dirt and obstacles on the machine body.
Check the oil, circuits and control equipment at each lubrication point, and add lubricating oil as required.
Before each shift, add water to the mixing drum and run it idle for 1 to 2 minutes, and check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.
During the operation of the concrete mixer, the noise of the motor, reducer, and transmission gear should be checked at any time to see if it is normal and whether the temperature rise is too high.
After each shift, the concrete mixer should be carefully cleaned.
