Mobile drum concrete mixer:
The mobile concrete mixer adopts drum design, which can mix concrete quickly and evenly.

The electric drum cement mixer is equipped with a metering system, which can accurately control the proportion of raw materials. The height of the mixer leg is customized to 3.8M, and the discharging height is improved, which is convenient for customers to use the mixing tank car to receive materials.
Horizontal cement silo:
Cement silo is used to store cement, so as to ensure sufficient supply of cement during construction.
The cement silo is equipped with a screw conveyor, which can quantitatively convey cement to the mixer.
The horizontal cement silo adopts 80 tons, which is free of foundation design and easy to move.
Workflow of JZM1000 Simple Concrete Mixing Station
Raw material preparation: Aggregates (sand, stone) are accurately measured by the aggregate batching metering system, and then transported to the mixer by the belt conveyor. The cement is transported from the cement silo to the mixer by the screw conveyor. Water and additives are accurately metered by the metering system and then added into the blender.
Mixing process: After the mixer is started, the drum starts to rotate to fully mix the raw materials. The mixing time can be adjusted according to the concrete mixture ratio and performance requirements. After the mixing is completed, the mixer reverses the discharge and transports the concrete to the designated position.
Move and transport: The concrete mixing station adopts modular design, and each part can be quickly disassembled. When moving, just use the crane to lift all parts and load them on the trailer. During transportation, all parts are kept in a whole state without disassembly.
