Assembly of HZS120 Concrete Batching Plant
On Sep 8, 2025 our HZS120 Concrete Batching Plant was successfully assembled at our new factory. This milestone marks a crucial step towards its readiness for shipment and deployment, showcasing the excellent craftsmanship and rigorous quality control processes employed throughout its manufacturing. HZS120 concrete batching plant is a high-efficiency, stationary batching plant with a theoretical output of 120 cubic meters of concrete per hour. It is engineered for large-scale commercial concrete production, infrastructure projects, and precast concrete applications requiring consistent, high-volume output. During the factory assembly process, all core components were meticulously assembled and tested under controlled conditions to ensure perfect interoperability and functionality. This includes the integration of the mixing system, featuring a reliable twin-shaft mixer known for its thorough and rapid mixing action. The batching machine, cement silos, screw conveyors, pneumatic systems, and the sophisticated central control system were all connected and subjected to preliminary operational tests.
